Ingredients:
For batter:
2 cups Chickpea flour (besan)
1 cup Grated paneer
Paste consisting of
2 green chilis
½ piece ginger
4-5 garlic
Rock salt (or normal salt) – according to taste
1 cup Jaggery + tamarind (Imli)
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 spoon Turmeric
1 spoon Red Chili powder
2 spoons of Coriander powder
2 spoons Oil (peanut oil)
Arbi ke patte
For chutney:
1 cup Coriander
½ cup Mint
2 chilis
1 spoon Sugar
1 spoon of Lime juice
Rock salt (or normal salt)- according to taste
½ cup Besan Sev (for consistency)
For topping:
Cheese
Pizza mix seasoning
Directions:
Prepare the batter and apply it on Arbi ka patta. Roll it and steam it for 15 mins. After it has been steamed, cool it a little and cut it into pieces.
Set it on tawa with a little oil and put the pizza mix and cheese on top of it. Cover it with a lid and shallow fry till the cheese melts.
Decorate it according to your wish and serve it hot with the chutney.
