Ingredients for stuffing:
100 grams paneer and 1 cheese cube
1 capsicum and
1 green chilli
Few walnuts
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
Coriander
Mushrooms 6-7 [clean them well and remove the stem and inner cavity]
Preparation of the stuffing :
finely chop capsicum green chilli and walnuts assemble everything together and add grated cheese and paneer into it
add some coriander, salt as per taste and pepper and mix it all well together, now take some mushroom clean it remove the stem and the inner cavity with a scooper and stuff the mixture into it, now the next step is as soon as you finish making the stuffed mushrooms heat some oil into the pan place the mushrooms and close the lid for few minutes, now as soon as the mushrooms get bakes to remove the min a plate.
Now it’s time to prepare the gravy.
Ingredients for the gravy
Salt as per taste
Vegetable oil or cooking oil
Cashew nuts
1\2 teaspoon Kasuri methi
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon red chilli
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon jeera
1\4 teaspoon hing
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 onions chopped
2 tomatoes
Fresh cream
How to prepare –
Add three tablespoons of oil. Heat the oil for 2 mins add 1 tbs jeera, 1\4 th tbs hing and add finely chopped onions saute the onions till they turn brown and by that time make a puree of 2 medium-sized tomatoes. add some cashews to it and make a fine paste in a mixer. now add the paste to the oil and add salt as per taste. Now cover the lead and let it boil for 7 to 10 mins now add other spices like 1 tsp red chilli powder,1 tsp coriander powder, and 1\2 tsp haldi and mix it well also don’t forget to add some crushed Kasuri methi [1\2 tsp ] and 1 tsp sugar [optional]. Add some water boil it add some more salt to it and stuff mushrooms into it softly .cover the lid for 2 mins .lastly add 1\2 tsp garam masala and 2 to 3 spoons fresh cream .and here you are done with the recipe.
Requirements for garnishing
Roti, Paratha, Pav or Rice to serve with it.
